The Virginia Ash Pub in Henstridge prides itself on our Chef's Specials. It's a chance for the kitchen to add new delicious dishes to your choices, which often end up on our new menus for different seasons. This week, as well as our tempting Tagliatelle Bolognese we have a special treat...Griddled Calves Liver with mash, peas and onion gravy. As you can see from our photo it's a rich and hearty meal, but the onion gravy is light and fresh. Try it with a glass of our Argentinian Malbec red wine for the perfect comfort food experience.
